This poster campaign and logo design attempts to achieve the goal of a non-profit organization called the Neighbors Project: to improve urban neighborhoods for everyone who lives in them by promoting interaction and understanding amongst neighbors of varying backgrounds and cultures. Directed at the rising 20 and 30-year-old demographic in urban areas, this poster campaign relies heavily on a  sense of nostalgia and community-oriented lifestyles that were best embodied in the posters created by the W.P.A in the mid to late Thirties. The overall focus of these posters is to emphasize the fantastic change and outcomes that can occur through an act as small as saying ‘Hi’ to your neighbor. Graphic Design and the Role of Social Awareness, Fall 2008
